Upon leaving:
- All trash is bagged and placed in outdoor garbage cans on posted garbage days as well as prior to departing
- All outdoor trash and cigarette butts should be picked up
- If sleeper sofas are used strip sheets and pillow cases
- Dishwasher should be filled and run as you depart
- Kitchen appliances are unplugged, all lights off
- Place the A/C at 78 degrees prior to leaving
Reservation Cancellation Policy
(i) Guest may cancel this agreement and pay a $500 cancellation fee to Broker 90 days prior to check in date.
(ii) Guest may cancel this agreement 60 to 90 days prior to check in date and forfeit the reservation deposit.
(iii) Guest may cancel this agreement up to 60 days prior to check in date and forfeit all funds received by Broker.
(iv) Owner may cancel this agreement at least 90 days prior to check in date and all funds will be returned to Guest. Owner or Broker shall not be responsible for any costs Guest may incur for travel or other arrangements in the event of cancellation by Owner, Broker, Guest or Act of God.
(v) All funds are due 60 days prior to check in date. If not received 60 days prior to check in date this agreement will be null and void and unit will be placed back on the market for lease and guest funds received will be forfeited.
We highly recommend all our guests purchase the
Travel Insurance offered in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
Mandatory Evacuation
For hurricanes and other unforeseen problems that may arise we highly recommend Travel Guard Vacation Rental Insurance Plan. Please ask us upon making your reservation for additional information.
Pool Rules and Hot Tub Rules
- All guests swim at their own risk
- Pool gate must be kept closed at all times
- All children must be supervised by an adult within the pool area
- No glass at any time around pool area
- Shower off all sand prior to use. Sand can affect the pool pump operation
- Tampering with any pool equipment can forfeit your deposit
House Rules
- Quiet hours for the neighborhood are 10:00 pm to 9:00 am
- Please – no damp clothing or sunscreen on any furniture
- Keep doors and windows closed to maintain A/C temperature
- No smoking in the house
